Hospitality suites will be open from 7:30-10:00 p.m. Firms planning to host receptions following Meet the Employers are encouraged to host their reception on-site in a hospitality suite. By keeping the receptions on-site at the Stadium, students have more opportunities to connect with firms and vice versa. Upon check in, guests will be given directions to access the locker room.\u00a0 Field access is at the discretion of the Athletic Department.<\/p>\n<h3>Representatives<\/h3>\n<p>A maximum of four (4) representatives \u2013 including any current 2Ls or 3Ls representing your firm \u2013 are allowed at each employer\u2019s table.<\/p>\n<h3>Name Tags<\/h3>\n<p>Name badges for each registered guest can be found at your firm&#8217;s table, though representatives are welcome to bring their own name badge if preferred.<\/p>\n<h3>Shipments<\/h3>\n<p>Any shipped packages will be opened and placed at your reserved table.
